Beyond what is discussed in the video, there is also a lot more blues in 4BB. Blues has a rhythm (6/8) that can be difficult for many dancers to pick up. In Blues Rock such blues content is either simplified into 4/4 timing or cut out. Similarly, there is less Swing content, due to both styling/characterisation and to limit the workload (i.e. "the running" ) that can be sometimes required of the follow.
